Check the space around the camera lens, nearby sensors and the clearance when a laptop lid closes. Narrow bezels and tight lid clearances may be unsuitable. Do not cover facial-recognition or light sensors and never force the lid closed.
Easy to use
Start with a clean, dry, flat surface. Check the position, remove the adhesive backing and align the opening with the camera lens. Press into place, then slide the shutter open for a call and closed afterwards.
Know what the cover does
This is a physical lens cover. It does not mute a microphone or provide security software. It suits compatible laptops, monitors and other devices only where the camera surround allows a safe fit.
