Shipping Damage

In the unfortunate event that damage occurs in shipping, we will need pictures of the damaged area on the machine as well as pictures of the outside and inside packing material in order to process a claim with the shipping company. Please retain all packing materials until a claim is filed by us and arrangements can be made for a replacement or repair.
