Removed from a working HPE DL360 G10 during a memory upgrade.

Listed DDR3 memory can include DIMMs by manufacturers Kingston, Elpida, Micron, Samsung, or Hynix.

Listed DDR4 memory can include DIMMs by manufacturers Micron, Samsung, or Hynix.

As long as it is HPE smart memory, which these all are, then mixing memory manufacturers in the same server is not a problem. We have hundreds of servers onsite and they have no problem with mixed manufacturers in our configurations. If you do want a specific manufacturer please ask and I’ll let you know if I can fill the request.

DIMM PACKAGING:

·DIMM(s) will be shipped in anti-static packaging. In the case of large orders the DIMMs will come packaged in an anti-static tray.

DIMM INSTALLATION:

·For best results, please use the proper anti-static/ESD procedures when handling and installing this memory. This could save us both time!

RETURN POLICY:

·In the rare case where the item is defective you may return it for an exchange (If available) or refund within 30 days.

·Cosmetic issues are not covered under this guarantee.

·Returned items must be in the original ESD packaging and packed with proper packing material to avoid any physical damage to the item during return shipping.

·Replacement or refund will be made upon receipt of the returned item if it is found in the same condition it was shipped.
