We accept returns of product on Defective or Non-Working Items Only - No Exceptions. Defective product will be exchanged with working product OR a refund of the product costonly will be given if a suitable exchange is not available.Shipping costs back and forth are non-refundable. Purchaser is responsible for all shipping costs on all merchandise returned to us for exchanges or refunds.
