The USB 3 header is missing a pin, and 2 SATA ports are missing (SATA 3 & SATA 4) (please see pictures). Other than these issues, the motherboard works well and has been tested. The package comes with everything seen in the photos (please see pictures). If the accessories or any other items are not pictured, they are not included.
