item has been reset to factory settings with chrome o/s installed. keyboard, speakers and touchpad work as intended. battery holds a good charge. there is 1 little mark on the edge of the back cover which doesn't affect usage and little to no marks and or scratches on top and bottom cover.no charger is included!! build date 07/2021
