I bought this laptop about 4 months ago from BestBuy. I can provide receipts at request (after purchase).

This has been problem-free laptop ever since downloading the missing drivers. I had to download missing drivers from Driver Booster app from IObit.com (which is free to download) to get this laptop functioning without hiccups. For full transparency, since owning this laptop for 4 months and using it everyday, on about 5-7 occasions, when I go to turn on the laptop, I have to disconnect the charger wait for 10 seconds then reconnect the charger for it to turn on. The battery isn't depleted when this happens. I have yet to get around this minor annoyance in the past 5-7 occasions since owning this laptop since April.

From what I can tell, the RX 7700s performs most of the time better than a RTX 4060 and even as good as a RTX 4070 when gaming.

This laptop has 16'' FHD 165HZ display, with 2x8GB of DDR5 RAM for 16GB total of system memory. The laptop has an extra slot for an nvme SSD upgrade. The laptop comes stock with a 512GB nvme.
