On the load were many Adobe programs and subscriptions. They are all new but have never been activated since they were never sold in store. I was able to activate it through ONLINE chat with customer service. All you need to do is tell them your redemption code shows not active. They will see that it has never been used and go ahead and activate it. If they ask, just tell them it is from Office Depot.
