It boots to DOS as you can see in the pictures. There is no corrosion. The processor requires 3.3V Motherboard.

This runs at 3V installing it in a motherboard that uses 5V will damage the processor.

YOU ARE BUYING JUST THE CPU . The motherboard, RAM, monitor, power supply or video card are not included, they wereused to demonstrate the functionality.
