RAMWorks III was designed for the Apple IIe auxiliary slot and provides memory expansion along with Extended 80-Column Card functionality. The RAMWorks III main board supports configurable memory capacities and was designed to support additional piggyback memory expansion.

This card contains a mixture of vintage DRAM chips, including Samsung KM41256AP-12 and Mitsubishi M5M4256AP-series chips visible in the photos.

Installed memory capacity is 1,024 KB.
