This card includes the Applied Engineering Mac Cache daughtercard and a Motorola MC68882FN40A 40MHz floating point unit. The main processor is a Motorola MC68EC030FE40B 40MHz CPU.
The TransWarp 4300 was an accelerator upgrade for 68030-based Macintosh LC-style PDS systems, including machines such as the Macintosh LC, LC II, and Color Classic. A period MacUser article also notes that Applied Engineering's VideoX expansion card could attach to the TransWarp 4300, which appears to explain the additional finger-edge connector on the card.
Includes the original Applied Engineering AE Cache Control Panel floppy disk, version 2.7.
