Warranty

·Defective or DOA items customers must contact manufacture for replacement or exchange.

·Item must be shipped out within a week of receiving the RMA#

·Returned itemsmust be in same condition as when they were shipped out.

·Bulk shipped items will be inspected and checked. (We will notaccept items that are not ours!!)

·All items must have an RMA#. If thisnumber is not visible on the returned package, it will berefused.

·Returns on unopened items will be refunded minus a 20% restocking fee and shipping.(or actual cost of shipping if free shipping was offered for the item). This includes Return to Sender packages by postal carriers.
