Product Advantages

1. Stainless steel throat: Teflon built-in stainless steel throat, suitable for low temperature printing (within 230 ℃)

2. Titanium alloy throat: Titanium alloy reduces the upward heat conduction of the heating block, has high hardness and wear resistance, and is suitable for high temperature printing (within 300°C)

3. Copper + titanium alloy throat: due to the use of bimetal, titanium alloy reduces the upward heat conduction of the heating block, copper has better heat dissipation, and the overall thermal insulation effect is better (within 300°C)

Notice

1. The brass nozzle will be oxidized and blackened if heated for a long time.

2. Since the stainless steel throat is built with Teflon, if it is printed at high temperature for a long time, the Teflon may be deformed and cause plugging.

3. The inner wall of the metal throat is not lubricated as well as Teflon. It is recommended that the retraction should not be too high during printing, and it is recommended to be within 2mm, so as to reduce the risk of plugging.
