It does not boot. It has missing and bent pins in the socket. It is possible to buy and solder on a new CPU socket, but you would need to find a very bold repair shop to do BGA soldering. It is a really sweet motherboard, though, and it might even be worth the fix. I have been meaning to buy the equipment and try and fix it myself, but I just can't justify it anymore.
