The toners have a capacity of: Black 100%, Cyan 70%, Magenta 60%, and Yellow 50%. The drums have a capacity of: Black 68%, Cyan 68%, Magenta 68%, and Yellow 68%. The consumables have a usage of: Belt 17%, Fuser 9%, and Paper feeder 9%. There are minor scratches, scuff marks, and yellowing of the plastic, but it is in otherwise good cosmetic condition. This listing includes the printer with toner, drums, USB, and phone cables. The following are NOT included: instruction manual, software/drivers, paper, or any other accessories. HANDLING
We have one business day handling time for all non-freight items. However, we guarantee handling times of the same business day only if payment is received before 8:00 AM Eastern Time (EST) Monday through Friday. Items paid after 8:00 AM EST on Monday through Friday may still go out on the same day, but are not guaranteed to be shipped the same day. Purchases paid for on weekends, holidays, or after 8:00 AM EST are guaranteed to be shipped out on the next business day.
RETURNS
If the item differs from what is stated in the listing in any way, please contact us first and we will try to resolve your issue the best we can. We may be able to offer replacements or exchanges in some circumstances. Any items returned to us that are still in good working condition will be considered as being returned because of buyer’s remorse and are subject to receive a refund of the original price minus both the original shipping and return shipping costs. Additionally, an extra deduction from the refund may be made for items that are returned in a condition that differs from when it was originally shipped.
