The easy to set up and use Buffalo LinkStation LS421DE Network Attached Storage (NAS) is an incredibly powerful yet convenient way to link and manage data stored on computers, smartphones, tablets, and other devices.
This particular LS421DE is in perfect working order and includes 2 generic SATA 1TB drives as shown already formatted for RAID-0. In addition to the RJ-45 ethernet connector,the unit also has 1 USB 2.0 and 1 USB 3.0 Type A sockets. I am the original owner and the unit has some scuffs on the bottom, but is otherwise used in like new condition as shown on the pictures. Included are the power supply and interface cable. I used it flawlessly on both Mac OS Sonoma and Windows 10 machines.The beauty of this enclosure is that it can accommodate up to 2 generic 4TB drives for a total of 8TB in RAID-0, RAID-1, or JBOD. You simply replace the drives and let the enclosure do the formatting. All related firmware, software and user manuals are available on the buffalotech.com website.
