DomesticShipping: We will post using pre-paid satchels upto 3kg and in cartons up to 20kg. For large parcels (over 20kg), we will shipvia private courier. We will combine multiple lots where ever possible.

We are not licensed by the manufacturers to selltheir products so cannot offer a warranty nor do we accept any liability fortheir use.
No warranty is offered for Three Phase motors,Three Phase transformers and other Three Phase heavy duty electrical equipment.It is the buyer’s responsibility to request a condition report prior topurchase. We do not accept any responsibility for the condition report by thetesting specialist.
For all other items, we offer a money-backguarantee, if the item is faulty or is not as described. Please notify us within30 calendar days of the sale, and return the item to us in its originalcondition. (Return postage will be paid for by the purchaser) We will process afull refund within 14 calendar days of receipt. Please request a returnaddress. The address may vary depending on the nature of the item.
CarrierInsurance: We do not use carrier insurance unlessspecifically requested by the buyer. We make every effort to package items wellfor transport but take no responsibility for loss or damage during transport.Carrier insurance will be added to the cost of the purchase.
