These units have been tested and reset to default settings.The physical condition of these units will vary from "Fair" to "Like New", as some may have dings, small scratches, etc. There are a limited amount of routers that have the original packaging. You may not receive a unit with the original box.
PLEASE NOTE:The Calix Cloud software for remote management may be inaccessable on some of these, because they may still be registered with the previous owner's Calix Cloud subscription. If you would like toget a Calix Cloud Subscription in order touse the remote management function through the Calix Cloud Service,you could try resetting the device again and turn off CWMP/TR-069, then change the support password, then connect to the WAN. That appears to work for some.Just know that out of the box, you may not be able to access the Calix Cloud on some of these units.
Other than that, these are excellent routers and will work great as a standard WiFi 6 wireless router thatsupports WPA3 security standards.
