Return/Exchange Policy:
We offer an exchange or money back per customer preference only on items that are not in full functional condition or not as described. This must occur within 30 days of receiving the item. Please send a message should you wish to perform an exchange pending our stock quantity. Replacements are shipped as soon as the original item is in back to our warehouse. Returns/Refunds are processed once the item is received back in our warehouse in the condition it was sent in. We will only provide a return shipping label if the item is deemed defective or not as listed.
