The print quality is fine, but the start/copy buttons on the control panel doesn't work so you can't do any of that. I was not able to test any copy functions. I don't know why they don't work and I don't know what would be required to fix it. These are typically pretty solid workhorse machines if you can get the control panel fixed/replaced. Printer is being sold AS IS.
