• Operating System Installation: Clean installation of Windows 11 (unactivated—ready for your personal activation key).
• System Stress Testing: Intensive benchmarking and stability testing to verify everything functions flawlessly before it leaves the bench.🛠️ How It Works:
1. Consultation & Planning: You purchase the listing and send over a pre-made component list OR simply give us your budget and what you want to use the PC for. We will create a customized component list for you to review and approve.
2. Component Purchasing: Once you approve the list, we buy the components directly. (Note: The buyer pays the actual cost of the hardware parts upfront before assembly begins. We do not accept components shipped directly from customers).
3. The Professional Build: Once all parts arrive at our bench, your system will be expertly built, optimized, and stress-tested.
4. Insured Shipping: We securely pack your completed PC tower and ship it directly to you.📦 Shipping & Packaging Policy:
• Buyer Pays Shipping: The buyer is responsible for the final shipping and insurance costs of the fully assembled PC tower.
• Packaging Details: To streamline transit and keep shipping costs efficient, you will receive the completed PC securely packaged inside the PC case box with its protective foam inserts. Individual component retail boxes (like the GPU or motherboard boxes) will not be shipped.
• Safe Transit: Internal expanding packaging foam will be utilized inside the PC case to completely immobilize heavy components like the graphics card and CPU cooler during transit.🛡️ 30-Day Labor Warranty & Manufacturer Claims Support:
We stand firmly behind the quality of our craftsmanship. This service includes a 30-day labor-only warranty covering the physical assembly of the machine.
• Assembly Support: If a wire comes loose, a fan header disconnects, or any assembly-related issue occurs within 30 days of delivery, we will fix it at no extra labor cost.
• Manufacturer Warranty Replacement Assistance ($50 Fee): Individual computer components are covered by their respective manufacturer warranties. If a component (such as a GPU, RAM stick, or PSU) suffers an inherent hardware failure, we will diagnose the failing part for you. For a flat $50 fee, we will handle swapping out the defective part and re-verify your system once the manufacturer replacement arrives.
Please note: The buyer is responsible for all transit shipping fees associated with warranty claims or parts replacements.
