I have for sale a vintage 1998 STB Velocity 4400 Nvidia Riva TNT 16MB PCI video card that has been in my climate controlled spare parts storage for at least 15+ years. This card is being sold for parts/repair only as it doesn't output video or allow for a PC to start an operating system. As far as troubleshooting, the GPU and voltage regulator get warm, and voltage regulator seems to be outputting correct voltage. I removed soldered on BIOS EPROM and hand soldered a PLCC32 socket on the card, then installed a new EPROM flashed with the PCI version 1.10 BIOS, and that also changed nothing. Card is in very nice cosmetic condition, so I'm not sure what's wrong with it.
This card has a passive heatsink, 16MB of SDRAM memory, supports DirectX 6 and OpenGl 1.2, if it actually worked. It has VGA DSUB output, RCA video output, and S-VIDEO output.These run hot, so I suggest you aim a fan at the card to cool the GPU and voltage regulator!
