I have been in the computer business since 1994, 20+ years, owner of a chain of computer stores in the greater Cincinnati area I am now semi retired in Florida. All my computer have been fully refurbished to like new condition, the outside case may have some cosmetic blemishes.
Warranty:
DOA all dead on arrival must be claimed within 72 hours. All DOA protected items are 100% refundable including shipping at no cost to you. Allmemory come with a 30 day limited warranty. This warranty does not cover any third party software the user installs which could disable any hardware.
Return Policy:
If you encounter a hardware issue please contact me. I will first try to walk you through any problems. If I am unsuccessful I will create a pre-paid shipping return label that will be emailed to you at no cost to you. You will be reasonable to deliver the item to the carrier facility with the return label affixed to the box. Once the defected item has been received and inspected and approved for a refund we will credit the approved refund amount to the original payment method used for purchase
