This white deepcool assassin 4 was my back up cooler just in case my AIO fails. I used it about 5 months back for a time.
It comes with the screwdriver, all the Intel hardware and most of the am4/am5 hardware (missing one spacer but the rest of the mounting hardware is there, that's why it has the reduced price.)
It works fine for an air cooler, it's dusty so it needs a clean, great option for an Intel build.
