System was upgraded to Windows 10 few years back and recently to Windows 11 23H2 version with latest updates.

NOTE - Windows 11 supports only Intel 8th Gen CPU or higher, this PC has modifiedversion (noTPM / Secure Boot) .

This may prevent future Windows 11 updates to install properly on this system but there are workarounds online for it.

Easy alternative is Windows 10 - I can downgrade to that system if requested .
