DOUBLE-SIDED SPRAY-COATED TEXTURED PEI – Both sides provide a consistent textured printing surface for printed models and help create a distinctive textured first-layer finish. The double-sided design allows you to flip the plate according to your printing needs while making full use of both coated surfaces.
HIGH-TEMPERATURE ADHESION FOR COMMON FILAMENTS – The spray-coated Textured PEI coating is designed to withstand temperatures up to 300°C when the specified conditions are followed, and helps provide reliable first-layer adhesion for PLA, ABS, PETG, PC and other common materials. Use the recommended bed temperature, print profile and standard bed-leveling procedure. Keep filament dry, as nozzle height, moisture, contamination and filament type can affect adhesion.
COOL-DOWN FLEXIBLE RELEASE WITH LESS SCRAPING – Allow the plate and model to cool to room temperature before removal, then gently flex the spring-steel sheet. Proper cooling and print settings may help models release with less effort and may reduce the need for glue or scraping. For stubborn residue after cooling, use a soft, non-abrasive cloth or brush. Do not force models off, over-bend the plate or drag metal tools across the coating.
COMPATIBILITY & SIMPLE SURFACE CARE – Designed for Bambu Lab A1 Mini . Because platform dimensions and magnet layouts may vary by model, confirm exact compatibility before ordering. After installation, ensure the plate sits flat and run the printer’s standard bed-leveling procedure if necessary. Wash with warm water and mild dish soap; after the plate has cooled, 70–75% IPA may be used when appropriate. Avoid acetone, abrasive cleaners, harsh chemicals and metal tools. Each plate is inspected before shipment.
