This Eaton Powerware UPS has never been used and is still in its original packaging. The label that must removed for the unit wire to make contact with the battery is still in place as pictured. There is a note in the user manual about not using the battery if it has not been charged by the "recharge date." This unit had a recharge date of 04-FEB-14, so it is possible that the unit will need a new battery to fully function. Both the note and date are pictured in the listings. There is some minor dust and damage to the box from long term storage, but the unit is in overall excellent / like new condition. Please see pictures for details.
