Product Description:
UV ink pigment particles with an average diameter of 0.2-0.3 microns, UV ink quality and stability, UV ink printing smooth, UV ink color is bright, UV ink curing thorough, UV ink does not contain volatile organic solvents, low viscosity, environmental protection, no irritating odor, can ensure that the ink in the jet printing process without blocking the nozzle phenomenon. Printing material is more extensive, support a wider range of image market applications. Cured ink layer flexibility, good adhesion, scrub resistance, solvent resistance, high gloss.

Rigid, flexible UV ink, suitable for printing material.
(Rigid UV ink) Suitable for hard materials such as acrylic, metal, glass, ceramic tiles, wood, plastic, decorative panels, ceilings, thermal insulation panels, aluminum composite panels, etc. (Flexible UV ink) Suitable for PU leather, PET, foils, light boxes and so on.
Instructions for storage：
1) Clean the ink of various brands and models as well as possible before use.
2. Store in a ventilated place, avoid direct sunlight.
(3) The ink should be used immediately after opening, do not let the dust and debris into the ink.
(4) In case of splashing into the eyes or direct skin contact, rinse with plenty of water;
(5) The ink should be stored in a place not easily accessible to children.
(6) Before using the ink, make sure that there are no deposits.
(7) Please contact your dealer or our technical staff if you notice any discrepancies.
Shelf life：
12 months for colored ink, 8 months for white ink (storage temperature should be below 30°C).
UV-hard ink
Printing more hard materials, we should use hard ink, hard ink adhesion to be stronger, the weakest tensile bending performance, in the case of material distortion of the printed pattern will crack.
Applicable materials: tiles, metal, wood, hard plastic, signs, acrylic, glass, integrated panels, small crafts and other hard materials.
UV soft ink
Soft ink can be printed on soft materials, and in the case of distortion of the material will not be broken and so on. If the ink layer is too soft, it is easy to cause abrasion and scratch marks on hard materials.
Applicable materials: light fabric, soft film, wall cloth, wallpaper, car sticker, PVC film, PET film, canvas, 3P fabric and other soft materials.
UV neutral ink
Disadvantages: The hardness is a little lack of, not suitable for glass and other high hardness requirements of the material.
Note:Since the ink is liquid, it is sent from the factory through the special logistics line, and returns are not supported, thank you for your understanding.
