If therewas a huge mistake in the description or the photos, then a return and refundis accepted. If the item is Broken or it does not work, then a return andrefund is accepted. The Buyer must contact me within 3 Days of receiving theitem and explain the problem. The Buyer pays for the return shipping and isalso responsible for repacking the item carefully and shipping it back to me inthe condition it was received. For Clothing, if there are measurements andphotos included in the description please read and look at them because clothing sizes can vary greatly for the sametype item. A Good Idea would be to Compare the measurements in thedescription to the measurements of several of your own items. (using the sametype of clothing piece and the ones that fits you well). That will give you arange of fitting measurements and a much better idea if this item is going tobe a good fit for you.

For other Items, if there are measurements or sizeincludedin the descriptionread them and make sure the item you are buying will fit in the space you willplace it.

For ExpiredInk, Expired Film, Expired Computer Storage items, Expired or out of dateComputer Software and any other Expired or Out of Date items or Media or anyElectronics, because oftheir age, are subject to breaking or not working correctly, I have no idea ifor when they will fail or break. And they eventually will. I have no way ofknowing when in the future. These Expired and Out of Date items are being soldas collector items and are being sold as not working, they are sold "asis" and they are not guaranteed in any way shape or form. These itemscannot be returned.
