All working hotspots have a 30 day guarantee to be fully functional as described in the listing. Please contact us prior to opening a case so we may resolve the issue as quickly as possible. We will provide a full refund or exchange when applicable. Returns are not accepted after the 30 day warranty period. All phones undergo a 16 point testing process which includes checking the ESN with the carrier to verify it is ready for activation. All phones are clear ESN unless otherwise specified.
