You are purchasing a FileMaker Pro 12 license key card for Mac and Windows. The card contains a FileMaker Pro 12 serial number. This is the full version, not an upgrade. Along with the key card, we will provide a direct download link from Filemaker's site which gives you the ability to download the full software installation (Mac or Windows). This does not come in retail packaging. We usually ship the same business day. The card will still be sent via regular mail. If you are using a Mac, this will not work with macOS High Sierra, Mojave, Catalina, Big Sur, or Monterey. You will need a minimum of FileMaker Pro 16 to work on those operating systems; except for Big Sur and Monterey, where only the latest major release of FileMaker will work.
