Warranty

1 Year Warranty. All items purchased through the Revolving Networks store will receive a 1 Year Warranty. The warranty is good for a refund or a replacement depending on seller availability. Warranty is only valid for items purchased that are sold directly to the end user. All units purchased for resale will receive a 30-Day Warranty.

Condition

Used/Refurbished - This item has been pulled from a working environment. It has been fully tested, and (if applicable) reset to default factory settings and is guaranteed to be in good working condition. Units may have some scratches or scuff marks from normal use.

Shipping

FREE – In the lower 48 States. Revolving will typically ship within 1 business day of payment receipt. Our preferred shipping method is FedEx Ground or USPS. Please contact seller for pricing on faster or alternative shipping methods. We will gladly ship on the buyer’s FedEx or UPS account if desired.

Return Policy

If you need to return an item please send us a message. We will have to issue a Return Material Authorization (RMA) and senda Pre-Paid Shipping Label assuming the item is being returned for a validreason. All non-defective items that are returned are subject to a 25%restocking fee. Please reference the condition description for anycosmetic/physical damages previously noted in listing. Refunds will be issuedin up to 5 business days after we’ve received the item. All returned items mustbe in the same condition as when purchased, the buyer will be responsible forany damages due to mistreatment or inadequate packaging.
