256GB total: eight 32GB G.SKILL G5 DDR5 ECC Registered DIMMs, sold together as one lot.

Includes two 128GB (4 x 32GB) kits, each model F5-6400R3239G32GQ4-G5. These are two four-module kits, not one factory-matched eight-module kit.

  • 288-pin DDR5 ECC RDIMM (registered memory)
  • Rated XMP profile: DDR5-6400, CL32-39-39-102, 1.40V
  • Default SPD: DDR5-5600, CL46, 1.10V

Used workstation memory. Requires a motherboard and CPU that support DDR5 ECC RDIMMs; it is not compatible with ordinary DDR5 UDIMM desktop systems. Achievable speed depends on the CPU, motherboard, BIOS and memory population. The 6400 rating is an XMP profile, not the default JEDEC speed.
