This is a 4TB Raid drive by G-Drive, upgraded to WD Black server drives before it mostly sat on the shelf for the last decade since we used dropbox instead. Can be connected by esata, Firewire 800, or USB, and all cables are included, so you can have pretty much any system made in the last 25 years connect to the same data.
This is the fastest drive for the classic 17" Macbook Pro, if you're enjoying keeping one of those going. Since the 17" MBP's USB ports are USB2, FW800 is over twice as fast, as fast as USB3 on a newer mac. In addition, it routes the data on a separate bus, so you can stream higher bandwidth data over it without it eating into your USB bandwidth.Includes the original power adapter. Will be shipped securely, wrapped in plenty of bubblewrap for its journey.
We also have a few other externals and photo gear in our other sales as we're eliminating our home office.
