CLX TALOS E2 Elite Includes 6 Generic reverse flow RGB fans, these daisy chain together and then have a lead on the last fan that has a 3 pin RGB header and fan header. These are a low end generic RGB fan I would not use them for radiators with high end CPUs. These fans RGB must be controlled via motherboard software and can not be controlled by the RGB button on the front of the case.
Note the maximum GPU length is 340mm but that is without a radiator in the front so take that into account if you are mounting a 360mm radiator in the front.
