1. Where to install the driver?

2. Why the display shows no signal? By the way, I am using a desktop, Windows 7 system, and graphic card. 

Firstly, please check the driver showing "device connected" or "device disconnected"? If the driver is connected, please follow the next step. Please make sure the HDMI wire is plugged into the graphic card, but NO motherboard. Finally, if it still couldn't work, please contact us from , and we will offer the solution to you. 

 

3. Does it have a 1-year warranty that comes with the product? We just want to know before we buy the protection plan.
