So you want 5G internet, but the equipment given to you by your ISP leaves much to be desired because it's so locked down. The built in Wi-Fi antennas get less than adequate range, you point their device right at a tower but get high latency and throughput. This router is THE solution.

My personal use case: I used it with a popular 5G home internet provider where with their equipment I was seeing decent speeds but very high latency. So I bought this router given the reviews from technical forums, I was not disappointed. I was able to easily clone the IMEI of the SIM Card that was in the modem provided to me, and use this router to connect to their cell tower. With the advanced settings this router provides, I was able to lock the signal to the best performing one (which was NOT the one their provided router was connecting to). This allowed me to game online with low latency, and I even traveled with it a couple of times for work, it was quite impressive. I am only selling now because I have moved to a new place that has cable and no longer need the 5G capability, and I am looking at more enterprise/enthusiast level gear. I have been using it for a few months on my new cable connection without any issues as well.

This is a high-performance Wi-Fi router suited to home networks and small offices. Once purchased, this unit went straight from the box into a network cabinet, where it stayed until I replaced it with new equipment.
