This is a used, not refurbished,older system with normal ware. I have no history on this laptop. It is not missing any screws, covers, pads or keyboard keys and looks to be complete. As you can see from the pics it's in good shape for its age.Iran a Hard Drive test and posted the results in the pictures. The battery does NOT hold a charge and the laptop will only work with the included charger plugged in. It includesa Gateway Charger, Windows OS Restore Disk (2000)with COA Key Code. This laptop is used, "as is" only, andhas not been tested to confirm all of the original Gateway drivers and apps have been installed and are not included. Look at all the pictures for all information and condition. For those unreasonable buyers, this is an "as is",not refurbished, not new, 20+ year old system thatmay need some work I am not aware of.Windows 2000 is not safe to use on the internet and is not supported by Microsoft.The internet hardware is out of date.Do not buy this to use on the internet.See all of the pictures for items condition and description.
