We have a 30-day inspection period for items described asworking and offer Free Returns on most items.
We do accept returns in the event your item arrives DOA or is not as described, as long as free returns is offered at the time of purchase on the listing. We try to fully examine everything prior to listing and thoroughly describe each item, but sometimes things slip through the cracks, especially when dealing with used merchandise.

REMOTE CONTROL GRADING-COSMETIC CONDITION-REMOTES DO NOT COME WITH DISPOSABLE BATTERIES.
- Excellent (Grade A) devices are like new ones.
- Good (Grade B) devices are in working condition but have light cosmetic issues. With possible light scratches and scuffs. Could have sticker residue glue on the body.
- Fair (Grade C) devices have visible scratches and scuffs on the body and could have light marks/scratches on LCD if applicable. Could have sticker residue glue on the body.
- ACCEPTABLE (Grade D) deep scratches. Scuffs including plastic chips coming off the body. Could have marks/scratches on LCD if applicable. Rubber on the remote is sticky from age. Could have sticker residue glue on the body. Possibility of some corrosion residue in battery compartment but we will state that in the description if we see if and are not able to clean it fully. Buttons could show some to a lot of wear I.e. numbers and letters rubbing off. Buttons may be sticky to push down on but still function.

WITH ANY ELECTRONICS THEY COULD WORK FOR US AND THEN REBEL AND NOT WORK AFTER SHIPMENT. IN ANY CASE WE TRY AND OFFER AS MANY ITEMS WE CAN AS 30 DAY FREE RETURNS.
