This is a vintage Grappler C/Mac/GS by Orange Micro. I bought it brand new back in the late 1980s to connect the serial port Mac to my parallel 9-pin dot matrix printer. Works with various vintage Epson, Okidata, and many other popular vintage printers.
Works great for a vintage Mac or Apple //c or //gs.
The label is slowly becoming unglued. There are some marks and heat shrink on the cable. No other items are included except the unit as shown here.
