This is tested working. This comes with the motherboard, AMD K6 CPU, 48 MB, and heatsink. The heatsink on the CPU is not original or made for this motherboard so it is not mounted and likes to slide off the processor. There is no IO shield included. This boots up with the HP logo. The CMOS battery is dead so settings and date/time are not saved. This is used so there is some wear on the item. Check pictures above.
