Used to rack mount HP KVM switches sidewaysin the cabinet, for 0U space. Please see last three pictures for illustration. These are NOT designedfor horizontal front or rear mounting of the switchesin a cabinet, as with the majority of the brackets.
Once the brackets are attachedto the switch, the the mountinghooks between the two brackets would be 20 3/4" apart, using a standard 17" wide KVM switch.
You will need to remove thescrews on each side of your switch & use them to attach the bracket to the switch. The mounting screws are not included with the brackets.
The bracket will also work with many more Avocent, IBM, APC & other KVM switches made by Avocent, with similar dimensions & side screws layout as the KVM switches listed above.
