If you are attempting to capture video from PAL or SECAM sources (commonly used in Europe and Australia), you will need a signal converter or a multi-system VCR/player.・OS Language & Locale Settings: The included software is optimized for Japanese Windows OS. To install and run the driver/software properly on an English (or non-Japanese) Windows PC, you may need to change your System Locale settings to "Japanese" in Windows Control Panel.・Power Supply: Since it is powered via USB connection (USB Bus Power), no voltage converter or AC adapter is required regardless of your country's power grid.
About Customs Duties

・For items shipped to the United States, customs duties are included in the shipping fee.


・For items within the EU priced at €150 or less:
