This version is a slimmed-down model of the MB45X series, offering a cost-effective solution without compromising on quality or reliability. With a 3-year warranty and a core tray system for hot swapping and maintenance, this backplane ensures the best performance in the market.
Slimmed Down Design
The MB153SP-B features a lighter and space-saving design while maintaining exceptional build quality. It allows for up to 3 x 3.5" SATA III hard drives, utilizing only two 5.25" bays. The module has been redesigned to accept a 15-pin SATA power connector, providing better compatibility with various host systems.
Efficient Cooling
The cooling system of the MB153SP-B has been improved to provide optimal airflow for your hard drives. Its full metal body ensures excellent heat dissipation in different applications. The enhanced direct airflow design redirects incoming air directly to the cooling fan, while sealing vents around the fan for better cooling efficiency. The backplane logic PCB also features larger vents to maximize airflow and maintain ideal storage and cooling conditions for your hard drives.
