j5create JUA365 USB 3.0 to Dual HDMI Multi-Monitor Adapter
IMPORTANT: DRIVER INSTALLATION REQUIRED BEFORE USE
This adapter is NOT a simple plug-and-play cable. It requires official j5create drivers to display video output.
To ensure proper setup, please follow these steps:
Install Drivers First: Download and install the official j5create JUA365 driver from j5create.com/support BEFORE plugging in the adapter.
Reboot Your PC: Restart your computer after driver installation completes.
USB 3.0 Port Required: Plug the adapter directly into a blue USB 3.0 port on your computer (avoid unpowered hubs or extensions).
Display Settings: Press "Windows Key + P" on your keyboard and select "Extend" or "Duplicate" to enable your monitors.
Seller Note: Every unit is fully bench-tested and video-documented in working condition prior to shipping. If your monitors show "No Signal" or remain black, the driver is missing or not active on your system. Please verify driver installation or contact us via messages—we are happy to help troubleshoot!
