This adapter allows you to install an EDSFF E1.S NVMe PCI Express 4.0 SSD on a U.2 SFF-8639 interface compatible with PCIe Gen3 or PCIe Gen4. It provides full conversion between E1.S and U.2 formats, allowing the host system to detect the E1.S SSD as a standard U.2 E1.S NVMe PCIe Gen3 and PCIe Gen4 SSD.
SSD E1.S short formats (Short E1.S).
Compatible with E1.S SSDs of all thicknesses.
Works on U.2 SFF-8639 PCIe Gen3 and Gen4 interfaces.
Compatible with systems supporting the NVMe protocol.
Not compatible with U.3 interfaces.
