There is a horizontal line across near the top of the display (please see pictures). Tested and fully functional. The monitor is in overall good condition, but may show some signs of use (please see pictures). The package comes with retail accessories, and comes with everything seen in the photos (please see pictures). If the accessories or any other items are not pictured, they are not included.
