This is my 49 inch monitor from LG
I orginally purchased it for $1400 on amazon. I would ideally like to get 1000 for it.
It is a fantastic monitor. However, I am moving, so I am trying to sell some of my stuff.
One of the best features of the monitors is the PBP/PIP
You can connect two different devices to the same monitor, one on each side. You'll need two different cables but only one power cord.
For example, you could play video games on one side on a slow friday afternoon, and then when your boss messages you can easily slide over to the other side and message back with minimal interruption
You can also use it for increased productivity, if you have two software development jobs, you can keep one on each side.
The massive real estate helps as well from both a productivity standpoint and a psychological standpoint.
From a productivity standpoint, I can comfortably fit three windows on it. It saves me the inconvenience of toggling.
From a psychological standpoint it intimidates my coworkers and helps assert my dominance over them.
The only negative is that it attracts too much unwanted female attention.
