Buttons and scroll wheel all work nicely but the scroll wheel is a bit sticky to the touch, it may need cleaned or perhaps replaced.

This is not a refurbished product, it's an official Logitech that I purchased and used myself. I don't have the original packaging for this item, but it ships well-packed with all the components pictured.
