This item is used in good condition. There are a few minor scratches on the screen that aren't noticeable while the unit is on along with a few by the track pad (see pictures). The unit works fine and has been updated to the latest version of Windows 10. It meets the requirements for Windows 11, but the upgrade didn't trigger when I was doing the upgrades.
